Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor

The Gaylord National Resort Hotel truly impressed me with its stunning atrium area and spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering assistance when needed. However, I was disappointed by the unexpected additional fees that significantly increased my total cost and the confusion regarding my room reservation. Overall, it provides a great family-friendly experience, but be cautious about hidden charges.
